XINXING UHMW-PE Fender pads and fenders are produced by a sintering process either from virgin or from reclaimed materials
(aprox. 70% reclaimed +30% virgin material - also named double-sintered or blended UHMW-PE).
UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight-Polyethylene) combines the highest strength
with wear resistance and consequently provides the best durabilty of all available Polyethylene products.
Typically UHMW-PE Sliding Fenders are available in thicknesses from 2 mm to 200 mm for regenerated material
and 2 mm to 400 mm for virgin material. Plate sizes range from 500 x 500 mm up to 6,000 mm x 2,500 mm.
